Tile trends 2026: marble, textile and terrazzo

Materials with real character
Three collections. Three design stories.
At Cersaie 2026, the standout trend was materials you can feel – surfaces with presence, texture and emotion. Bold natural stone, fabric-inspired finishes and terrazzo rooted in Venetian tradition are adding a new sense of depth to interiors.

01 · Emilceramica
Tele di Marmo – Rosso Levanto
The drama of Italian marble
Rosso Levanto takes its cue from the natural marble of the same name, prized for its deep wine-red tone and striking pale veining. Now this exceptional stone has been brought to life in ceramic tiles – all the luxury of marble, with the ease of a modern material.
It’s the perfect choice for a bold, unforgettable interior. Rosso Levanto really comes into its own in bathrooms, on feature walls and across large surfaces, where the veining has room to shine.

02 · 41zero42
Tapí
Where textiles meet ceramics
Tapí brings the patterns and textures of fabric into the world of ceramic tiles. That soft, woven look gives the collection a character all of its own – a refreshing change from the usual stone and marble effects.
It’s ideal for spaces that should feel warm, inviting and personal. Mix different patterns and finishes to add movement to a room without making it feel busy.

03 · Florim
Sensi Venezia
Venetian heritage, reimagined
Sensi Venezia is inspired by the architectural richness of Venice and its historic terrazzo floors – a traditional material known for its mix of stone chips in different sizes and colours.
Created by Florim in collaboration with Matteo Thun & Partners, the collection gives this classic material a contemporary twist. The result is elegant and expressive, with patterns that add depth and individuality to any surface.
Sensi Venezia sits just as comfortably in a minimalist space as in a more classic one, making it easy to create cohesive, timeless interiors.
